Eating Paleo isn’t as strict as say eating Vegan. If you search around the web you’ll see multiple opinions on what is or isn’t Paleo. It’s so varied from person to person. This is because everyone is different! There are people out there following Paleo who choose to drink/eat dairy products while the strictest of Paleo people would tell you “avoid it!”. The reason being is it’s been shown to cause digestive issues in many – and besides that – a paleolithic man (caveman) did not have cows hanging around being milked.
There are many foods like this out there where anyone who is strict Paleo, will avoid at all costs. But others say “it’s fine, if this…” or “you can have this, under these circumstances…”. In the end it’s up to you and how your body reacts to something or your feelings on it. “But how do I keep up with EVERYTHING???!!” you might be asking me. That’s why we created the Paleo+ app. It’s the first and only social consensus app. We’ve gathered some well-trusted Paleo experts and had them share their opinions on certain food items and you can too! The app welcomes experts, newbies and everyone else in between to search items, educate themselves, vote and become a part of the discussion.
