What is the 21 Day Sugar Detox?
It’s a proven program that includes only whole-foods. It’s designed to help you bust sugar and carb cravings. The program includes complete “Yes/No” foods lists – foods that are okay to have and foods you shouldn’t have during the three weeks, as well as a library of resources, information, recipes, and more to help you along the way.
