Fruity Infused Water • Fruit Water Recipes
Fruit infused water is great for anyone who gets bored with drinking water. It’s a great alternative to fruit juice or soda. Enjoy!
Summer is here and unlike sodas, water is a true and healthy thirst-quencher. Why not have some fruit infused water!
Say goodbye to soda, juice, and bottled flavored waters and hello to freshly made fruit infused water – otherwise known as “spa water”.
It’s super easy to make your own.
- Wash fruits and/or herbs
- Slice up the fruit and/or chop up the herbs.
- Add to your filtered water.
- If you use fresh herbs, first add a sprig of your choice of herbs to the Reusable Cold Tumbler
, or Glass Mug or
an Ice and Fruit Pitcher
if you want to make a large amount; press and twist with muddler or handle of wooden spoon to bruise leaves and release flavor. Just a little bit of bruising is fine, you don’t need to go crazy.
- Once you add everything into your container, enjoy!
Not only do these waters taste wonderful, they are also so much better for your body than sodas or juices (high sugar drinks!), considering they are fresh and simple without any additives. They also look pretty!
There are also these awesome fruit water bottles for making infused water.
You could use frozen fruits if you’re in a hurry. Just drop them in the water and you’re set.
Here is an extensive list of fruit combos you could use in your water.
The combinations are pretty much endless.
Experiment on your own and have fun with it.
