List of healthy snacks:
Almond Stuffed Dates: Take 6 dates, pit them and stuff each one with a raw plain almond. I also like to spread a 1/2 tsp almond butter on 1/2 a date as a good alternative to this combo. OMG you will die from flavor explosion!
Ants on a Log: Add nut butter (peanut, almond, etc) to celery sticks and sprinkle on raisins.
Fruit + Nut Mix: Mix up some dried fruit (raisins, craisins, apricots, pears, etc) and plain nuts (almonds, cashews, macadamias, walnuts, etc). Add chocolate chips if desired, too!
Apple + Tahini: Slice an apple, dip in tahini or spread tahini onto apple slices with a knife. This is one of those healthy snacks that I love – good with natural peanut or almond butter too.
Banana Tortilla Snack: Take a whole grain tortilla, spread some peanut butter on it. Layer on some sliced banana, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cinnamon Apple Snack: Take apple slices, sprinkle cinnamon on top. Enjoy.
Yogurt + Fruit Bowl: Simply add some sliced fruit with a some yogurt.
