Paleo Before and After Pics – Weight Loss on a Paleo Diet
Paleo before and after pics are great for motivation to get started on a healthy diet. Weight loss on the paleo diet is always possible. It just takes dedication and patience. You MUST put all you have into it and don’t give up. Never expect overnight results – this is just not possible, if it was we’d all be skinny, sexy and fit. There are fad diets out there where you can lose 10 pounds in under a week, but honestly, the weight will most likely come back – especially if you go back to eating the way you ate before you started the diet. The best way to see results is to find a diet/lifestyle that works for your body and stick with it. Be patient and watch your body transform. Exercise helps too, of course! Find something you like to do (walk, swim, dance) and do it regularly! Taking before and after pictures will be super helpful – along with during pics too, of course!
Weight loss on the Paleo Diet is totally possible, but you must follow some rules and be strict with yourself. It’s essentially eating clean, and avoiding processed foods – basically eating the way a caveman would have eaten. Our society is packed with processed “junk” and fast food they try to sell us. Whatever happened to good old veggies & proteins? Cook them up, season a bit and there you have a tasty meal that won’t cause weight gain and health issues. It’s all about keeping up with the fight to lose the weight. You are the only person that can do this battle against your weight. Progress may not show right away, or it may and it may stop at certain points during your process – still… keep… going! Find out what works for you and push to get healthy and lose the weight. Never give up.
