Paleo Mayonnaise – all natural homemade mayonnaise recipe
Looking for a tasty Paleo Mayonnaise recipe without the soybean oil and artificial preservatives? To avoid the canola oil, soybean oil and other vegetable oils in store-bought mayo – make your own Paleo Mayonnaise! It’s so easy, anyone can make it. And this recipe only has 5 ingredients!
Mayonnaise is great to make dips and used in treats such as deviled eggs, chicken salad, tuna salad, or plain as a dip for your artichoke leaves and hearts!
To make this recipe, you could use a food processor, blender or bowl and whisk and stir by hand – the latter is better if you want less clean-up! You could also stir in a bowl with an electric immersion hand blender.

can I use vegetable oil
Hi Joyce, I think this would be fine. I haven’t tried is, so let me know how it goes if you do try it!
Any oil that is liquid at room temperature works. Choose one that fits your pallet, wallet, and health. I like avocado for taste and health. Most avocado oil and olive oil is not chemically refined like many other vegetable oils, but olive oil can impart a strong flavor like mentioned above. Great recipe for a classic mayo.
