Looking to eat healthier cleaner – lose weight by feeling full and satisfied at the same time.
Also the recipes are very important to me as well as I am busy and dont have the time to sit and plan – just tell me what to eat and I will eat it. Also the grocery lists etc are a big help.

I have fibromyalgia and allergies are just emerging …nightshade plants, cocoa, oregano, peanuts for example. She recommended Paleo but cooking without tomatoes, peppers, spices is a challenge.

Thanks for your response! 🙂 I wish you luck on the Paleo Diet. If you find that any of our recipes in the app contain the items you can’t eat, just swap them out for something comparable or leave it out completely. The items you listed don’t seem like they’ll be a problem subbing other veggies or herbs for them. Peanuts aren’t paleo, so no recipes with those in them.
